Welcome to Rentofares.com. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Our Role Rentofares.com acts solely as an independent car rental booking agent and technology platform. We do not own, operate, or provide the rental vehicles. The actual car rental service (the "Rental Agreement") is a separate contract directly between you and the third-party car rental company (the "Rental Provider") you select through our website. Our Responsibility: We are responsible for facilitating the reservation process and securely transmitting your booking details and payment information (as applicable) to the chosen Rental Provider. Rental Provider's Responsibility: The Rental Provider is solely responsible for providing the vehicle, honoring the reservation, the condition of the vehicle, the insurance coverage, and all aspects of the physical rental process.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Accuracy of Information You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process, including names, dates, times, vehicle selection, driver age, and contact information, are accurate and correct. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the Rental Provider refusing the rental upon collection, and any pre-paid amounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Pricing All prices displayed on Rentofares.com are supplied by the Rental Providers. While we strive for accuracy, prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and paid for. The price shown on your final confirmation voucher is the definitive price.
2.3 Additional Charges The quoted price generally includes the base rental cost and mandatory taxes. It may not include: Local taxes, fees, and surcharges payable at the rental counter. Optional extras (e.g., GPS, child seats, additional drivers). Fuel charges. Young/Senior driver surcharges. Charges arising from traffic violations, tolls, or parking fines. These additional charges are defined by the Rental Provider and are payable by you directly to them.
3. Payment and Security Deposit
3.1 Payment Payment for the booking will be processed by either Rentofares.com or the designated Rental Provider, as indicated during the checkout process.
3.2 Security Deposit Upon collection of the vehicle, the Rental Provider will require a security deposit. This is typically held (or debited) on the main driver's credit card. The main driver MUST present a valid credit card in their own name with sufficient funds to cover the security deposit. Failure to provide an acceptable credit card may result in the cancellation of your rental by the Rental Provider, with no refund of the booking amount.
4. Cancellation and Amendments
4.1 Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy varies based on the specific Rental Provider and the rate you select. You must review and agree to the specific cancellation policy displayed during the booking process before completing your reservation. Any applicable cancellation fees will be clearly outlined.

4.3 No-Show Policy If you fail to collect the vehicle at the confirmed date and time, and fail to notify us in advance, this is considered a "No-Show." In a No-Show scenario, the full prepaid rental amount is typically non-refundable.
5. Driver Requirements and Documentation
5.1 Documentation At the time of pick-up, the main driver must present: Rentofares.com Confirmation Voucher. A valid, unexpired Driver's License (held for the minimum period required by the Rental Provider, typically 1–2 years). A valid Credit Card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. A valid Passport or ID Card. An International Driving Permit (IDP) if the driver's license is not in English or the local language, or as required by law in the destination country.
5.2 Age Restrictions Minimum and maximum driver age requirements, along with any "young driver" or "senior driver" surcharges, are determined by the Rental Provider and must be checked by you prior to booking.
6. General Legal Terms
6.1 Limitation of Liability Rentofares.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any failure or refusal by the Rental Provider to honor the reservation, provide the vehicle, or for any issue related to the quality or performance of the rental car itself. Your recourse for vehicle-related issues lies with the Rental Provider.
6.2 Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rentofares.com from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
6.3 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
